Reach out to us to share and ask questions about your idea, timeframe, and budget. We'll ask some clarifying questions and then move to schedule a site visit or follow-up meeting (depending on the scope of the project). These initial details will help us begin assembling an estimate.

Site visit & vision casting
Once you give us an idea of the direction of your project, we can prepare to visit your site to get a better grasp of the existing situation. For new construction, we may move toward a more in-depth vision casting meeting to flesh out your idea further.

Design & estimating
This is the creative part. We'll work with you to come up with a design that works with your budget and has the features you want. In this stage, determining these major selections will be important to explore and decide on to nail down critical design elements, guage work timeframes, and finalize budget numbers.

Proposal presentation
After we establish your project design and rough budget, we'll present you with a final proposal going over the entire project scope. We'll want to finalize details as best as possible in this stage to avoid unnecessary change orders after contract signing.

Contract signing
This is what makes your project official. If you are happy with your project proposal design, estimate, selections, and scope, sign off on the project contract to kickstart our team's planning and pre-construction work.

Project handoff & pre-construction
Next, we'll brief our team on your project, go over drawings, discuss critical details, and begin planning for construction. Our team will pull permits, order materials, and confirm the project schedule. We will update you as your project progresses and selection deadlines get closer.

Receive progress updates
As we build out your project, we'll make sure to maintain clear communication, send you updates, and notify you when we need your input (i.e., selection deadlines).

Final walkthrough
Work is almost complete. Before we are officially done, we'll walk through your entire project with you, make any last-minute changes, and plan to check off any final remaining items that'll bring your project together just the way you want it.
